Do I have to have an account to place an order?
You do not have to have an account to order. You may checkout as a guest without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, your billing and shipping information, your order history and your wish list(s) will be stored for your convenience. 

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Apply Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pant, Elo and Diners Club.

Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail which will include the tracking number.

Do you have stores where I can shop?
No, we closed our physical store in 2009. We are unable to accommodate requests for in-person shopping or order pick-up.

Do you have a catalog?
We do not have print catalogs. Our inventory changes frequently and our website is updated with new products as they arrive in our warehouse.

Where do I find coupon codes?
Coupon codes are offered periodically. When available, coupon codes are distributed exclusively through our email list and/or our social media pages. We do not distribute coupon codes through third-party coupon sites.

Do you charge sales tax?
6.75% sales tax is charged for orders within Ohio.

What do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is calculated on the total of the order.

Standard Shipping within the United States & US Territories is free on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 is a flat rate of $5.00.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to many countries via the UPS and Postal Services. There are some countries we are unable to ship to at this time. Any duties and/or taxes imposed by your country are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your local customs office for more information on customs duties. Since we cannot control the time a package is held in customs, we cannot guarantee delivery times for international shipments. International shipping rates and options will be displayed at checkout. All prices are in USD.

Do you ship to the UK post-Brexit?
Yes, we do! Simply Tall is registered with HMRC and complaint with the post-Brexit VAT regulations. New regulations are set forth below. 

Orders under £135 - 20% VAT will be added to the order at the time of purchase. We then pay the VAT collected to HMRC on your behalf, as required. 

Orders over £135 - 20% VAT will be collected by HMRC at the time of import.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping will usually arrive within 4-7 business days. 

Can I get my order sooner?
We do offer expedited shipping, which can be selected during checkout. Weekend and Holiday shipping and/or delivery is not available. Only business days count towards shipping days. The day an order ships does not count as one of the days. For example, if the order ships on Tuesday via 3-Day Shipping, the order would be delivered on Friday. 3 Day Shipping is an additional $15.00 and 2 Day Shipping an additional $25.00. Due to the rising cost of the Next Day service, we no longer offer this option.

Expedited order must be received on business days by 1:00 pm Eastern Time to ensure the order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Expedited shipping is only available for street addresses within the Continental United States.


How will my order be shipped?
We ship via FedEx, UPS 
 USPS.


What is your return policy?
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order date for USA orders and 45 days for international orders. Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with the original tags attached. We will gladly refund the cost of the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We cannot accept returns that are not in new condition or beyond 30 days. If merchandise is received, that is ineligible for return, no refund or credit will be issued.

Items noted as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final Sale items are clearly marked as such in the item's title.

Packages refused or returned to sender will be issued a refund less the original shipping charges and any return charges assessed by the carrier.


How long will it take to receive a refund?
Returns are generally processed within 3.5 business days of receiving the return. Credits can take up to 2 weeks to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank's posting policies.

How do I make an exchange?
The quickest way to make an exchange is to call us for a phone exchange. Just give us a call at 330-856-9633 and we will be happy to help you. Your credit card will be charged for your new merchandise, with no shipping fee(US customers only). Then just send back your return and we will issue a refund to your credit card.

Or you may make an exchange by mail by using the return/exchange form on the back of the invoice included in your shipment. Just fill out the item(s) you are sending back to us and what you'd like us to exchange it for. Send your return back to us and we will process the exchange requested and ship the new item(s) with no shipping fee(US customers only).

Do you make price adjustments?
We do not make price adjustments on previous sales or resell a returned item at the lower sale price. Sale prices apply only to purchases made during that particular sale period.
