Returns & Exchanges

Simply Tall opened in 2004 and is a family owned and operated business. We appreciate you stopping by and we look forward to serving you!

OUR RETURN POLICY
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the order date. Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with the tags attached. We will gladly refund the cost of the item. Shipping charges are not refundable. We cannot accept returns that are not in new condition or beyond 30 days, unless the item is found to be defective. If merchandise is received, that is ineligible for return, no refund or credit will be issued. 2016 holiday gift purchases may be return or exchanged until January 13, 2017.

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE

Option #1 – Print out a prepaid Return Label (US Customers Only – All others please use Option #2)

  1. Print out a packing slip and a prepaid USPS return label
  2. Deliver your package to a USPS office or postal carrier.
  3. $8.00 will be deducted from your refund if you choose to use the prepaid label.
  4. Click here to begin your return.

Option #2 – Return on your own

  1. Complete the return and exchange form included with your order and return it with your returned item(s)
  2. Select your carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, … etc.) and pay the return postage at the time of shipping.
  3. Ship the return package to the following address:

We cannot accept packages with postage due. Packages refused or returned to sender will be issued a refund less the original shipping charges and the return charges assessed by the carrier.

Once you have shipped your return, please allow 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse and an additional 3-5 days for your return and/or exchange to be processed


HOW TO EXCHANGE MERCHANDISE

The quickest way to make an exchange is to call us for a phone exchange. We can get your new item(s) charged and shipped out to you right away. Your credit card will be charged for your new merchandise, with no shipping fee (US customers only). Then just send back your return. We will issue a refund to your credit card, once your return is received. We can be reached Monday-Friday from 10-4 EST at 866-934-9782.

If you would prefer to do an exchange by mail, please use the return exchange form printed on the back of the invoice enclosed with your order. If you need another copy, you can print one here.

Once you have shipped your return, please allow 4-5 business days for your return to reach our warehouse and an additional 3-5 days for your return and/or exchange to be processed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items noted as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Final Sale items are clearly marked as such in the item's title, as well as, the item's description.

SALE & PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
We do not make price adjustments on previous sales or resell a returned item at the lower sale price. Sale prices apply only to purchases made during that particular sale period.

 

We reserve the right to cancel any order at the sole discretion of Simply Tall management.
