What is a Price Match Guarantee?

If you find an item for a lower price on another web site , we will match the lower price. The item must be currently available in the same style, size, and color that is on Simply Tall and it cannot be an auction site.

If you do find a lower price, go ahead and place your order and then email us at simplytall@neo.rr.com referencing your order, the item you are requesting a lower price for and the website that has the lower price advertised. We will verify the lower information and process your refund of the difference. All price match requests must be made at the time your order is placed with Simply Tall. Price match does not apply to special orders. In-stock merchandise only.

Standard shipping will take approximately 7 days. We do offer expedited shipping. If you would like expedited shipping, place your order and then send us an e-mail at simplytall@neo.rr.com referencing your order and tell us know how you would like it shipped. We will add the extra shipping charges. You may also contact us by phone at 330-856-9633 to place your order.

Expedited shipping charges will be charged the actual shipping cost.


Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and International destinations will be charged actual shipping charges and we cannot guarantee delivery time. Any duties and/or taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact us for a shipping quote for any orders out of the Continental United States prior to placing an order.


What is your return and exchange policy?

We must receive all returns or exchanges within 30 days of the order date. Returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with the original tags attached. We will gladly refund the cost of the item. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

We will not accept returns that are not in new condition with the tags attached or beyond 30 days. If a return is sent that does not meet the acceptable return criteria, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges to have the merchandise return to them. If payment of the shipping charges is not received within 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.

If you would like to make an exchange, please call or e-mail us and let us know the item you would like in exchange and we will hold the item for you. This will insure that the item you want will not be sold prior to receiving your return.

Items noted as "Final Sale" in the description are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


Do you have a brick & mortar store front?

Yes and no. We no longer have a traditional store front. Due to local economic issues and our increased internet business, we determined that keeping the Ohio store open full time was not a wise financial option. Instead, customers may come in, by appointment, to shop and try items on. Since our merchandise is not displayed, it is best to browse the website and then come in. Appointments are required to shop in this manner. We have also invested into more warehouse space, so that we may stock more inventory to meet the growing internet market.

Do you have a print catalog?

We do not offer a print catalog at this time.

I bought something and now it is on sale. Do you give price adjustments?

No, our sales and promotions do not apply to previous purchases or layaways and we do not make price adjustments or resell a returned item at the lower sale price. Sale prices apply only to purchases made during a sale.

Do you have gift certificates?

Yes, gift certificates may be purchased online. Gift certificates may be redeemed via a phone order. At this time our online shopping cart cannot process gift certificates when being redeemed for merchandise. Therefore, if you are shopping online and would like to use a gift certificate, simply call us at 330-856-9633 and we will place the order and use your gift certificate.
Please Note: You will not be charged shipping when purchasing gift certificates. Shipping charge will show in the shopping cart when the certificate is purchased, but we will credit the shipping charges when the order is processed and mail the certificate out 1st class mail for free. Requests for expedited shipping on gift certificates will incur shipping charges. After purchasing a gift certificate online, please e-mail us who the gift certificate is for and any special mailing instructions. For example, if you would like the certificate mailed directly to the recipient. 

Do you charge sales tax?

We charge sales tax only for orders delivered within Ohio. The sales tax rate is 6.5%.
